If a plumber repaired the leak, please attach a copy of the invoice / bill. If you or a friend / relative repaired the leak,
please attach an explanation of how the leak was repaired. Also attach receipt(s) for parts purchased for the repair.
Leak adjustments may take up to three months or longer in some cases. If you have
questions regarding your leak adjustment, please call the Utility Billing Office at 972-547-7550.
