Director of Libraries Position

The Director of Libraries reports directly to the Assistant City Manager and is a member of the city’s Management Team. The Director will be a visionary and involved community leader expected to provide leadership, integrity and innovation for all library programs.
Primary duties include responsibility for Library strategic planning, operations, collection development, promotion of activities and programs, budget planning and preparation, staffing, pursuing grant funding, and fostering a productive team environment among library teams at two locations.
