Lightning Detectors

We installed lightning strike detectors at Bonnie Wenk Park. 

Each detector has its own weather station and a public address (PA) system. A siren will sound if there is lightning in the area.

  • Green rectangle: all clear.
  • Red rectangle: lighting in area.
  • Message also displayed with text.
Widget refreshes every five minutes.
