Cancel Residential Service

Changes and Fees

  • Only an account holder can request cancelation.
  • Services will continue to bill to the account holder unless a cancel application is received.
  • Go to the form.


What to Expect

  • A confirmation and reference number email.
  • Water is turned off as early as 7 a.m. Monday through Friday, regular business days.
  • A farewell email sent after the stop date. Cancel Commercial Service
  • A final bill generated within three weeks, mailed to the forwarding address provided.


Changes & Fees

Any changes must be emailed by 10 a.m. the business day before the original stop date.  Include the address and reference number from your initial online confirmation email. Please do not resubmit a request as the original request may already be scheduled.

  • No charge for the first change if it is received by the deadline stated above.
  • $40 trip fee to restart / stop service if received after the deadline.
  • $30 service fee for any additional change.
