Pool & Cabana Rentals

Pool Rental - General Information

Rentals available only outside regular operating hours
Events may begin 30 minutes after the pool closes to the public
Two-hour minimum
Lifeguards provided
Restricted rental use and hours, all rental policies apply
Rentals must be paid in full at time of booking
Note: A $5 administration fee will be charged against all participant-initiated refunds. Patron-initiated refunds will be granted if a patron submits a refund request by the day prior to the reservation date. Fees paid by credit cards will be refunded back to the credit card. Refund processing may take up to three weeks.

Additional hours	$225 / $315 per hour
Max Capacity	200 guests

The Outdoor Pool is open daily from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m., exclusively for members only. Non-members can only enter as members' guests during this time with a day pass purchase. Residents and their guests may enter and reserve a cabana starting at 12 p.m.
A Cabana Rental fee does not include non-member day passes. All non-members are required to purchase a day pass to enter. Non-resident day passes may only be purchased when accompanied by an Apex Centre member or City of McKinney resident. View day passes and group rates.
