Our Work Is Driven by Our Values
The City of McKinney core values were created by the employees to represent the staff.
The city held 49 small group meetings so employees could provide input to senior leadership on guiding core organizational values. Every department was included and a total of 587 employees participated and suggested values. The 128 suggested values were ranked and consolidated into one strong set of guiding core values: Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence (R.I.S.E).
