Application Process

The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the Community Support Grant are now under an annual Consolidated Grant application process.

How to Apply for FY 2024-2025 Consolidated Grants funding through ZoomGrants

  • Nonprofits must apply through the ZoomGrants portal. 
  • An in-person application meeting will be held Friday, Feb. 23, 2024 at 10 a.m. at McKinney City Hall, 222 N. Tennessee St.
  • A virtual application meeting will be held Monday, Feb. 26, 2024 at 10 a.m. Please email [email protected] or call 972-547-7572 to register. 
  • The grant portal will open on Feb. 26, 2024 at 1 p.m. All applicants must apply for funding through the ZoomGrants Portal. 
  • First-time applicants must register to create an account in order to link to the application portal when it is released.  To learn more, please register and watch the First-Time Applicants video.
