Yin Yoga with Faith Dignan

Smooth, flowing and physically exhilarating, yoga will help you relax while improving core strength and functional movement. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. (All levels)

Yin Yoga with  Phylis Parker

Uses longer passively held postures to work the deep connective tissues of the body; the tendons, the ligaments and cartilage; areas that do not stretch like a muscle; areas that are difficult to reach and open. Yin yoga encourages you to slow down, to pay attention and deepen the awareness between mind and body. (All levels)

  • Energizing Morning Yoga: An all-level sequence and a great way to kick-start your day. It will lengthen and strengthen the body, moving with the breath to boost digestion, relieve tension and energize the mind leaving you feeling fit and flexible all day long in mind, body, and spirit. (All levels)
  • Power Yoga: A powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session. (Int/adv)
  • Supported Yoga: A beginner’s yoga class utilizing a stability ball to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience. (Beginner)
