Old Settler’s Group Exercise Class Descriptions

  • Cycle: A challenging and fun cycle class where you will pedal through hills, climbs, sprints and other drills while enjoying choreographed music. Seats are limited, reserve yours today! Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for bike set up. (All levels)
  • DivaDance: DivaDance isn't following the leader style like other dance fitness programs! Our instructors actually teach the routine, break down the choreography with counts and lyrics, and are highly trained to help you achieve muscle memory. These adult dance classes were created to help you feel confident and let you SLAY your cardio while having fun! 
  • High Fitness: Transform old-school aerobics into a highly addictive new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques (i.e. HITT, plyometrics, etc.) with music you know and love.
  • Slow Flow Yoga: Smooth, flowing and physically exhilarating, yoga will help you relax while improving core strength and functional movement. (All levels)
  • Upbeat Barre: Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class that combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.
  • Yin Yoga: Is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. (All levels)
