This program provides home repairs for low- and moderate-income homeowners. This program has provided assistance to more than 60 families for emergency repairs, small repairs and major home rehabilitation. For more information about this program or to schedule a meeting, please call 972-547-7572.
This program is designed to assist very low-, low-, and moderate-income homeowners as defined by the guidelines established by HUD and revised annually. Families must meet the income limits below and the property must be located within the City of McKinney.
Income of all household residents will be included in income determination, with the exception of minors age 18 and under. Family size will be determined by the number of family members living in the home on a regular basis.

The Housing Rehabilitation and Reconstruction program is funded by the HOME Investment Partnership Program and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). These funds are awarded to the City of McKinney by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
