Attorneys must file a letter of representation with the court. Once a letter of representation is received the attorney will be set for the next available attorney docket.
Your client must appear in person and enter a plea before the judge if they are charged with the following:
Juveniles (age 16 and younger) are required to appear with a parent / legal guardian. You may email the juvenile case manager for additional information regarding juvenile case requirements.
Plea agreement and / or discovery requests should be directed via email to the City Prosecutor. Attorneys must appear at their scheduled setting unless a plea agreement is signed by both parties ahead of time.
Attorneys may submit an attorney bond request. Attorney bonds not properly signed and sworn will not be accepted.
For cases in which another attorney is not substituting or replacing the attorney of record, the attorney of record must file a motion to withdraw.
