May 26 - June 1 | Sit Up Challenge
This week’s challenge is a Sit Up Challenge. Take a video of your maximum number of sit ups on Day 1.
Each day, do a few more! Finish the challenge with another video of your end of the week max sit ups. Make sure you really push yourself until you absolutely can’t do another sit up.
All types of sit ups are welcome; arms over the chest, hands behind the head (do not pull on your neck or head), arms straight out front or by your sides. Don’t forget to post your videos on social media using #KeepMcKinneyActive. Submit your first and final video with your name to firstname.lastname@example.org.
