Tai Chi for Health

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai chi is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. It is an internal Martial Art practiced for health and healing. It is a peaceful art that seeks to create harmony within, and a balanced life between ourselves and others.

Benefits to Tai Chi: increases energy, generates tranquility, increases focus, increases concentration, increases productivity, increases patience, improves sleep, relieves pain, improves balance and coordination, increases flexibility, and decreases stress.
