Teens - learn how to use the fitness equipment properly with this free class at the Apex Centre!

Teen Fitness Orientation 

Welcome for all teens to learn proper fitness floor etiquette + fitness equipment orientation. Free 45-minute orientation classes will be held every Tuesday at 6 p.m.


Starting July 12, 2022, it will be mandatory for all Teens, ages 13-15, to attend a Teen Fitness Orientation session if they wish to work out on the fitness floor without a parent.
