Fridays from Noon - 2 p.m.

Learn healthy coping skills related to self-care and caregiving-specific strategies from the Wellness Center for Older Adults. Caregivers can receive individual counseling or group support. Call 972-953-7669 to schedule an appointment and initial consultation.
