A dynamic and engaging fitness class exploring various sports and physical activities.  Each 90-minute session begins with a warm-up and stretch, followed by rotating stations and drills that challenge students' agility and coordination.  In addition to classic games like kickball, dodgeball, whiffle ball, and capture the flag, students will have the chance to try new and exciting games designed to be both challenging and fun.  Sibling discounts are available.
