The City of McKinney is pleased to announce the hiring of Dana Riley to fill the newly added position of Neighborhood Services Coordinator in the Housing and Community Development Department. Riley formerly held the position of Executive Director at Volunteer McKinney. Riley begins Nov. 26.
As Neighborhood Services Coordinator, Riley will work closely with neighborhood organizations to provide a direct line of communication between residents and the city.
Volunteer McKinney assists citizens in finding local volunteer opportunities and serves as support to local nonprofits and community groups that utilize the power of volunteerism. During her six-year tenure as Executive Director, Riley grew the organization’s reach in the community, partnering with more than 170 local nonprofits.
