In January, our personal trainers (PTs) are offering two different programs and a special deal to help you start the new year feeling great.
January Personal Training Promotion
Take time to start the year right by booking one free 30-minute personal training session. The promotion begins January 1 and ends on January 31. The PT session must be booked and used during the month of January for it to be free.
Back to the Basics
In January, we're also kicking off our Back to the Basics program. Back to the Basics is a monthly, free-to-members 30-minute clinic led by one of our certified personal trainers. Non-members can attend a clinic for $7. These clinics have limited availability, so members and non-members must register for each clinic.

Boot Camp with Trainer Jay
Certified PT Jay Simmons will be hosting a boot camp Jan. 21 through Feb. 20. This boot camp will meet 6- p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays and is a five-week program. Boot camp is a great way to challenge yourself and sculpt your body and core!
