Want to Learn how to use the SYNRGY machines?

Our popular TRX training class is the perfect way to learn how to use the SYNRGY machine we have on the fitness floor. This class improves your strength by using functional movements and dynamic positions. TRX enables you to adjust your body in countless angles to complete as many exercises as possible, challenging your entire body while focusing on your core. 

Session dates: June 4-July 4 (no class on July 4)

Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays

Time: 8:30-9:30 a.m.
