Get ready to relax and roll!

Yamuna Body Rolling uses the body’s natural order and bone stimulation with a ball to put traction on the muscle, creating space and structurally reorganizing the body.


Save Your Back • Sun. June 2, 2-3 p.m. 

Works the upper gluteals, spinal musculature and shoulder-moving muscles to free restrictions in the back, increase breathing ease and movement and create balance throughout the back.


Save Your Legs • Sun. June 9, 2-3 p.m. 

Increased flexibility of all leg muscles can reduce low back pain and create a smoother walking gait. Look for a decrease in adhesions as well as a greater range of motion.


Save Your Torso • Sun. June 16, 2-3 p.m. 

Use the Yamuna balls to free restrictions in the lower abdomen and anterior hips, moving up through the chest and anterior shoulder muscles to open the entire front of the body, improving posture and balance. Includes anterior neck work.
