Why can’t I see my permit in CSS?

There are a few reasons this can happen:

  • If you are not a contact on the record, you will not be able to see all the details. Please register in CSS, then have the main contact on the permit call or email us to have you added.
  • Make sure you are using an HTML-enabled browser, such as Chrome or Edge.
  • If the permit is considered inactive by the system, it may require changing some filters. On the My Work > My Permits page, change the drop-down “Last 1 Year” to “Specified Date Range”. Select a larger date range (we suggest using your application date as the start date) to see your permit.

Please call us at 972-547-7400 if you are still experiencing issues.
