How do I put a hold on an item?
  • To place a hold on an item in the library catalog, first login to your account using your library card number and password. (Forgot your password? Call us for assistance at 972-547-7323).
  • Once logged in, type the title or author of the item you wish to place on hold and click “Go.” Once you locate the item in the search results, click on the button below the item that says “Place hold.” Ensure your pickup location is correct and click “Confirm Hold.”
