    • I understand that I am responsible for re-registering the ET Controller, free of charge, prior to the anniversary date each year. Failure to register or properly maintain the system will be considered non-compliance and the exemption will be revoked. If registration is revoked, a $25 registration fee will be assessed to re-register the ET Controller.
    • I agree to display a small city-issued yard sign visible from the street to indicate the use of an ET Controller. The current Watering Restrictions still apply. I understand that the ET Controller sign is the property of the City of McKinney and may be removed for non-compliance.
    • I understand that the City of McKinney reserves the right to inspect and/or audit the ET Controller to ensure it is properly installed and maintained. I understand that the City of McKinney may conduct an Irrigation Audit of my system if it appears the system is not running properly based on water consumption analysis. The City of McKinney may deny any application that does not meet program requirements and reserves the right to alter this program at any time.
    • I understand that the installation of an approved ET controller does not guarantee a reduction in my water bill or my water usage.
