Gary Graham has been with the City of McKinney since November 2010. He started as the Transportation Engineering Manager overseeing the city’s traffic management efforts. Gary then stepped up to fill the manager vacancy on the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) team while still handling the management of the city’s traffic team.
Before joining the City, Gary worked in the private sector for Bucher, Willis and Ratliff, a civil engineering firm in the Dallas and Kansas City regions. Overall, Gary has more than 21 years of experience in managing roadway, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and environmental engineering projects.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Texas and Kansas and is a Certified Professional Transportation Operations Engineer. He is an active member of both the Institute of Transportation Engineers and Texas Chapter of the American Public Works Association.
